Two sessions have been integrated into this invitation-only conference, scheduled for May 20-22, 2013 at the Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel.

A Monday, May 20^th luncheon panel entitled "The State of the Capital Markets" will cover capital raising trends in the equity markets and will include an overview of recent IPOs, Follow-on and Secondary Offerings, Registered Directs and PIPEs, and activity on the various exchanges.
