Babson Capital Management Makes Investment in Money Mailer

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Jan. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Babson Capital Management, a global investment management firm with more than $212 billion in assets under management, today announced it has made an investment in Money Mailer LLC, an affiliate of Madison Industries.

Founded in 1979 and based in Garden Grove, Calif., Money Mailer is the leading provider of hyperlocal direct marketing services offering consumers coupons and discounts to local merchants as well as national advertisers. The company operates a network of 180 franchisees and 92 company-owned territories across the U.S.

Proceeds from the sale of preferred stock to Babson and affiliates will be used to provide liquidity to Money Mailer shareholders and support the growth of the company.
