Bahama Breeze Celebrates The Island Spirit With Rumtoberfest

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bahama Breeze Island Grille, the casual dining restaurant that gives guests the feeling of an island escape, is celebrating rum every day in October with Rumtoberfest.  The month-long event includes a new specialty cocktail, the Curly Tail; flights of sipping rums; and a sweepstakes for five trips to the Bahamas.

Bahama Breeze created a cocktail to mark the occasion, the Curly Tail.  Named for the colorful lizards commonly found in the islands, the Curly Tail is crafted with Bacardi Oakheart and Malibu rums.  Each Curly Tail is served with a rum-infused pineapple and "lizard" garnish.

To showcase the rich flavors and variety of rum, Bahama Breeze is offering a flight of sipping rums during Rumtoberfest.  The featured rums are Clement V.S.O.P. Rhum Agricole, Atlantico "Private Cask" Rum and Zaya Gran Reserva 12 Year.  The flight is presented in tasting glasses on a custom board accompanied by tasting notes for each selection.*
