Bailey McCallum joins GSSG Solar as Chief Operating Officer

SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GSSG Solar, LLC announced today that Bailey McCallum has joined its team as Chief Operating Officer. Bailey will focus on the optimization of GSSG Solar's operating, administrative, and people systems.

Bailey was most recently the CFO of Element Power Solar where he led the finance, tax, and due diligence effort related to the sale of its 1.4 GW solar project portfolio in the US, Mexico, and Chile. Before serving as CFO, Bailey managed the financing or sale of over 450 MW of projects now in operation. He previously served as a member of the Power and Renewables team at GE Energy Financial Services where he participated in closing over $2B of tax equity financing for renewable energy projects in the US. He started his career learning about the energy industry at Rocky Mountain Institute. Bailey earned a BA in biology and neuroscience from Williams College, as well as an MEM and an MBA from Yale University.
