Top Southwest Suburban Broker to Lead Sales Team
CHICAGO, April 14, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Baird & Warner today announced that Nick Garcia has been named managing broker of the company's Frankfort location. Previously a top selling broker associate in the southwest suburban markets, Garcia will head the Frankfort sales team, as well as manage the day-to-day operations of the office.

Garcia joined Baird & Warner from Century 21 Pride and Coldwell Banker before that, where he served the Mokena, Frankfort, New Lenox, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Homer Glen, Lockport, Palos Heights and Palos Park communities. Garcia closed 35 units in 2014, and produced more than $7 million in volume in 2013. He was one of the Top 10 broker associates at Coldwell Banker from 2010 to 2013, earning him a place in the International Diamond Society. Garcia was also named a Chicago Five Star Real Estate Agent by Chicago magazine.
