Baird & Warner Launches New Mobile Application

CHICAGO, March 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Baird & Warner has launched a new mobile application that works with a mobile device's GPS to provide the most up-to-date listings, open houses and recent price reductions based on the user's current location. The application is available for free download in both the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store.

Through a variety of mobile search functions, buyers can customize their experience. Both the Journey Search and Perimeter Search options allow users to search properties near them using the GPS on their mobile device, while the Scope Search uses the GPS and camera on the device for a more visual experience.

Users are not required to create an account to use the mobile app, and they are able to log in to and sync with their BairdWarner.com My Real Estate Portal account. Through this feature, they can save search options and 'favorite' properties. Users can also contact their broker associate directly through the application.
