Baird & Warner Names New Director of Sales Development

CHICAGO, March 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Baird & Warner has named real estate industry veteran Tripti Kasal to director of sales development. In this new role, Kasal will primarily focus on training and mentoring broker associates, and will also lead the company's Career Institute training classes.

Prior to joining Baird & Warner, Kasal was the executive vice president of brokerage operations at Jameson Real Estate where she managed more than 300 brokers and 25 support staff in three offices. She founded Real Living Infinity/Helios in 2005, growing the company to 75 agents in five years and later selling it to Jameson Real Estate in 2010. Kasal has held numerous senior management roles in top Chicagoland real estate brokerages for more than 20 years.
