Baldwin MLS Launches Next-Generation Technology Platform to Better Serve Homebuyers and Sellers

Transition to Perchwell equips more than 3,000 local real estate professionals with advanced tools for collaboration, market analysis, and client service.

The transition marks the most significant technology upgrade in the history of Baldwin MLS, replacing its previous MLS platform with a modern system that combines property search, listing management, client collaboration, and market analytics into one intuitive experience.
