Ballast Nedam Postpones Financial Statements
and Presentation of Annual Results

The discussions on Ballast Nedam's financing arrangements are taking longer than
expected. However, in the short term, Ballast Nedam expects to be able to provide clarity
on its financing arrangements. If agreement is reached, Ballast Nedam will finalize the
financial statements and present the annual results 2014.
