Bally's Atlantic City Signals in the Summer With Re-Opening of Sammy's Beach Bar

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J., May 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bally's has announced that on May 27th Atlantic City's favorite seaside-surf hangout will be back.  Sammy's Beach Bar at Bally's Atlantic City has become a must-visit destination among locals and visitors alike. Last year the Beach Bar saw great success in featuring signature drinks, infused dishes and live entertainment, all while allowing guests beachside access and views of the Atlantic.

The Beach Bar's Tex-Mex style restaurant will once again serve up Mexican fusion treats such as Spicy Jersey Shore Fries, Sea Salt Spiced Peel & Eat Shrimp and Wabo Wings and Burgers. The Cabo-meets-Jersey-Shore concept will also boast a vast array of specialty cocktails like the "Red Rocker," a Cabo Wabo Blanco tequila with pomegranate and fresh squeezed lime juice and the "Flip Flop," an Absolut Pears vodka with Malibu Passion Fruit rum with pineapple and cranberry juices.  Sammy's Beach Bar will also bring back fan favorites such as shooters, buckets of beer, frozen cocktails like the Wabo Watermelon Margarita and signature drinks such as the "Can't Drive 55," a Cabo Wabo® Blanco tequila, Grand Marnier, peach schnapps, triple sec, and pineapple juice round out this exotic menu.

Sammy Hagar, a rock 'n roll legend, Hall-of-Famer and founder of the Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas, brought his signature Cabo Wabo lifestyle to Atlantic City last year and it was met with astounding success.  This year promises to be no different, as Sammy's plans to offer uniquely themed events every night of the week.  Fridays will feature a live rock band, Saturdays play host to a "Top 40 Night," Sundays offer guests Reggae/Industry night, while the rest of the week will highlight an "International Night" and "Retro Night."
