BANC3 Successfully Delivers Advanced AR/MR Training Solutions to U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command

PRINCETON, N.J., March 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- BANC3, Inc., a leader in augmented reality (AR) and mixed reality (MR) technology, has successfully developed and delivered an advanced extended reality (XR) training system for the U.S. Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC). This achievement signifies the successful development of a pioneering initiative that incorporates state-of-the-art AR/MR headset technology into a scalable, adaptable, and multi-user training environment.

Leveraging its expertise in digital ecosystems and immersive simulations, BANC3 has provided Special Operations Forces (SOF) with a mission-critical training platform that enables real-time tracking, repeatable scenarios, and adaptive stress-inducing elements. This innovative system significantly enhances operational readiness by allowing SOF operators to conduct highly specialized mission rehearsals in a dynamic and realistic virtual environment.

"Our solution bridges a crucial gap in SOF training by delivering an interconnected, dynamically reconfigurable XR environment that goes beyond traditional standalone AR headsets," said Babu Cherukuri, CEO of BANC3. "By merging commercial AR/MR advancements with Department of Defense (DoD) -specific enhancements, we have redefined mission rehearsal and tactical planning, ensuring our warfighters are fully prepared for the complexities of real-world missions."

Beyond military applications, BANC3's innovations hold transformative potential for commercial XR training in aviation, law enforcement, and emergency response. With Congressional support for XR technology investments, BANC3's open-platform solution, HADES (Helmet Augmented Display for Extended-Reality Systems), is setting new standards for cost-effective, high-fidelity training in both defense and commercial sectors.
