Bandwidth Moves Corporate Headquarters to Former Red Hat Office Space in Raleigh; Plans to Hire 200

CARY, N.C., June 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bandwidth, one of the Triangle's fastest-growing technology companies, today announced it will move its corporate headquarters from Cary to Raleigh to occupy the former Red Hat office space at Centennial Campus. 

Bandwidth has entered into a four-year sublease agreement with Red Hat for Venture III on Centennial Campus in Raleigh.  The company will move in two phases scheduled for September and October this year.

The announcement follows a banner year for the profitable 13-year old company.  Bandwidth added more than 100 employees in the past year, bringing the total to 300.  Late last year, the company was in the national spotlight with its launch of republic wireless, the nation's first wifi-centric mobile phone with a $19 unlimited voice, text and data plan.
