Banner Capital Management Forms Western Pavement Services in Partnership with Roadrunner

SALT LAKE CITY, April 30, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Banner Capital Management, LLC ("Banner") is pleased to announce the formation of Western Pavement Services, Inc ("Western Pavement Services"), a new platform focused on asphalt maintenance services in the Western United States.

Banner announced that Roadrunner Paving and Asphalt Maintenance, LLC ("Roadrunner"), a third-generation business founded by the Slade family in Mesa, AZ and currently managed by Kendall Power, has become the first partner company.
