Barbara Baguhn Joins B. E. Smith as Vice President, Case Management

LENEXA, Kan., Feb. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- B. E. Smith today announced that Barbara "Bobbi" Baguhn has joined the firm as vice president, case management. A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in consulting and healthcare leadership, Baguhn will assume her duties at B. E. Smith immediately.

In her new role, Baguhn will lead client initiatives to improve performance of integrated case management services. She has served in executive leadership and consulting roles in a wide variety of healthcare settings, including single and multihospital healthcare systems ranging from small community-based hospitals to large metropolitan teaching facilities.

Baguhn is a registered nurse and holds a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Maryland in College Park, Md., and a master's degree in education from the University of Redlands in Redlands, Calif. She also holds a case management administrator certification (CMAC) and is a certified legal nurse consultant (CLNC).
