NEW YORK, May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Jones Lang LaSalle has announced that leading industry veterans Richard Baxter, Jon Caplan, Ron Cohen and Scott Latham will join the firm to lead its New York City Capital Markets business.
