BCT-Bank of Charles Town's Alice P. Frazier to Serve as ICBA Chairman-elect

Frazier, President and CEO, was elected chairman-elect of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) for 2025-26. Her term begins March 14 at the conclusion of ICBA LIVE in Nashville, Tennessee.

Frazier serves in many leadership roles at ICBA. She also serves as the Executive Committee liaison for the Minority Bank Advisory Council and the Safety and Soundness Subcommittee. Frazier previously served on the ICBA Executive Committee as secretary from 2019-21.

Frazier is also active at the local level. She serves on the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond Board and is past chairman of the Virginia Association of Community Banks. She currently serves as treasurer on the WVU East Hospital System and for the Loudoun Economic Development Authority.
