BeachFleischman PC Expands Canada-US Tax Services Practice

PHOENIX, July 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BeachFleischman PC announces that Dale A. Walters, CPA, PFS, CFP® has joined the firm's Phoenix office as Senior Tax Manager, Director of Canada-US Tax Services. The addition of Walters will serve to expand the firm's international and Canada-US tax capabilities. His area of focus is on real estate investors, small business owners and high net worth individuals who have business operations, real estate or other cross-border investments in Canada and the U.S. He consults on planning issues, compliance and wealth preservation and growth.

Walters is a licensed certified public accountant and has earned the personal financial specialist designation, as well as being one of the few people who has earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation in both the US and Canada. He has over thirty-five years of tax and advisory experience and is a frequent speaker on US-Canada financial planning and tax-related issues. He is the author of Buying Real Estate in the US – The Concise Guide for Canadians and co-authored Taxation of Canadians in America: Are YOU at risk?, as well as Taxation of Americans in Canada: Are YOU at risk?
