BeachFleischman PC promotes Eisenman and Mattull to Shareholder

TUCSON, Ariz., Jan. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- BeachFleischman PC, one of Arizona's largest locally-owned CPA firms, announces the promotions of Lyudmila Eisenman and Karen Mattull to Shareholder.  The two shareholder additions serve to support strategic growth by deepening the firm's specialized tax and healthcare industry practice, as well as firm operations. The firm now has 23 shareholders and over 170 professional client service and administrative staff.

Lyudmila "Lyuda" Eisenman, CPA, is a Tax Shareholder and Practice Leader for the firm's Healthcare segment. With over ten years of experience in public accounting, Lyuda has provided a wide range of tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to a variety of privately held companies. Lyuda is involved in several trade groups, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and Medical Group Management Association. She also serves as treasurer for the Children's Museum and is a member of the Rotary Club of Tucson. Lyuda graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting.

Karen Mattull, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PAFM, is the Chief Operating Officer of Internal Operations and Shareholder for the firm. She is responsible for the strategic alignment of Human Resources functions within the firm's overall mission and culture. Additionally, she manages the internal administrative team and daily operations of the firm. Through national, regional and local speaking engagements Karen regularly provides expert commentary and specializes in issues related to employee relations, workplace culture, recruiting, wellness, HR compliance, training and organizational development. Karen has also been published in national and local media outlets on human resources topics, issues and trends that impact employers and employees alike. Karen is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and holds a board member position with the Wellness Council of Arizona and Greater Tucson Leadership. Karen graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and she earned a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with Grand Canyon University.
