Bear Creek Fund Advisors Announces Final Close of Inaugural Strategic Real Assets Fund at More Than $200 Million

NEW YORK, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Bear Creek Fund Advisors LLC ("BCFA") today announced the final closing of Bear Creek Strategic Real Assets Fund LP ("SRAF" or the "Fund"), raising $202 million in aggregate commitments. The investor base includes government permanent funds, institutional investors, foundations, family offices, and registered investment advisors. The final closing included both new investors and increased participation from existing limited partners.

Demonstrating rapid deployment and proof of concept, SRAF has already deployed more than 70% of its committed capital since its 2024 launch. The Fund is actively making cash distributions to investors through a combination of investment income and realizations. Furthermore, BCFA has successfully executed two co-investments alongside the Fund, offering LPs expanded access to highly vetted, proprietary deal flow.

SRAF makes equity and credit investments in essential real assets, primarily across housing, healthcare, and infrastructure. The Fund's flexible approach and rigorous underwriting standards position it to find value in specialized subsectors where the BCFA team believes its experience and underwriting approach provides differentiated opportunities. BCFA's senior investment team, with prior experience at established investment firms, has decades of experience in the acquisition, management and disposition of real asset investments across a broad range of categories.
