BeBevCo; Company Setting Up Ground Game in EU For Race to Market for KOMA UNWIND

STATESVILLE, N.C., Nov. 8, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bebida Beverage Company (OTCmarkets: BBDA) (BeBevCo) a developer, manufacturer and marketer of relaxation and energy drinks announced today that the Company is now working with attorneys and consultants to form a new business entity in Europe. The new business will be named "Bebida Beverage Company EU" with the short version being "BeBevCo EU." This new venture will be the sales and marketing arm for all European sales of Bebida Beverage Company products and will cover the countries represented in the Union of European soft drink Association.

The need for the expansion of the Company has arisen due to the significant interest in BeBevCo's KOMA UNWIND relaxation drink as well as Potencia Energy Drink and the Company's other products. The new Company will be domiciled in Germany and will trade on the Frankfurt Exchange in Germany. The U.S. based Company, Bebida Beverage Company of the USA will have a significant position of the new Companies stock.
