JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Oct. 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Ten months after merging two leaders in software solutions for sourcing and managing the extended workforce, IQNavigator and Beeline, the company announced that a series of upgrades and enhancements is now available to users of IQN VMS, one of the company's flagship vendor management systems (VMS).
Taking advantage of technology exchanges enabled by the merger, as well as client-focused product development activities, Beeline has released software upgrades that allow IQN VMS users to automate candidate background screening, manage complex rate calculations, and measure supplier performance for quality, cost, and efficiency. These new capabilities allow companies using IQN VMS to fill positions faster, expedite invoicing and payment, and drive supplier performance improvement.
"To give our clients a competitive edge, our platforms can't just address today's demands—they must anticipate market demands well into the future," said Sherri Hammons, Beeline chief technology officer. "Since we have no plans to decommission either the IQN VMS or the Beeline VMS platform, we are actively enhancing each platform and creating new capabilities using a state-of-the-art microservices architecture that supports both platforms."
Beeline's latest releases for IQN VMS include:
- A completely redesigned Supplier Scorecard, built entirely on Beeline's Horizon microservices platform
- A powerful, proprietary Rate, Time, and Expense Engine that employs configurable, rules-based capabilities to build rate schedules and automate the rate management process
- Background Check integration with HireRight, a leading provider of on-demand employment background checks, drug and health screening, and electronic Form I-9 and E-Verify solutions
Other recent upgrades to IQN VMS include video interviewing capabilities and Cloudflare web acceleration and security services, which detect and deflect web threats before they reach the customer. Beeline also enhanced training and partner certification, assigned dedicated service teams to support integrations, and restructured IQN VMS client services and relationship management based on the proven Beeline model.
"Our IQN VMS clients deserve the best service and support our company can provide," said Autumn Vaupel, Beeline chief operating officer. "So, we have reorganized the way we deliver day-to-day support and services to all clients, regardless of platform. All clients have named personnel responsible for both strategic and operational excellence, ensuring all client questions are appropriately addressed and resolved. The Beeline approach to client service is unparalleled in the industry, and we are happy to extend this service to our IQN VMS customers."
