DALLAS, June 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Behringer Lodging Group has acquired the Belmont Hotel in the historic Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas. It purchased the asset in a joint venture with Wild Paris Holdings, LLC.

Built in 1946 on five acres atop a hill overlooking downtown, the Belmont Hotel has 64 rooms spread across four buildings. Designed by noted architect Charles Dilbeck, the property also features Smoke Restaurant, Clairevista Vitality Club and Bar Belmont.
