Belden to Host 2010 Investor and Analyst Meeting Today in New York

ST. LOUIS, Dec. 7, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Belden Inc. (NYSE: BDC), a global leader in signal transmission solutions for mission critical applications, will host its 2010 investor and analyst meeting today at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York.  John Stroup, President and Chief Executive Officer of Belden, Gray Benoist, Senior Vice President, Finance, and Chief Financial Officer, Steve Biegacki, Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing, and other executives will present an overview of the Company and discuss the Company's strategic plan.

During the presentation, the Company will reiterate its current guidance for the fourth quarter and full year ending December 31, 2010.  The Company expects fourth quarter non-GAAP revenues to be $420 million to $425 million and non-GAAP income from continuing operations per diluted share to be $0.43 to $0.46.  For the full year ending December 31, non-GAAP revenues are expected to be $1,643 million to $1,648 million and non-GAAP income from continuing operations per diluted share is expected to be $1.65 to $1.68.

In addition, the Company will communicate full year 2011 guidance.  The Company expects GAAP revenues for the full year ending December 31, 2011 to be $1,750 million to $1,800 million and GAAP EPS is expected to be $2.00 to $2.20 per diluted share.
