Belmont Village Brings Custom Design to Senior Living Communities

AUSTIN, Texas, March 13, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Belmont Village Senior Living has broken ground on its 23^rd community, which will include Assisted Living and dedicated programs for Mild Cognitive Impairment and Alzheimer's care.  Belmont Village West Lake Hills, located northwest of Austin at 4310 Bee Cave Road, is scheduled to open Spring 2014. Site work is well underway, based on an innovative plan the company says will minimize environmental impact by allowing Belmont to limit building height and maintain the majority of trees and plants on the site.

The Belmont Village design uses only five of 13 acres originally purchased for the project, enabling the company to preserve 4,000 trees and much of the natural vegetation.  The custom plan calls for the senior housing community to be nestled just below the hillside, hiding much of the building behind the tree line. What guests will discover upon approach is a traditional Texas Hill Country-style design, intended to make visitors and Belmont Village residents feel comfortable and welcome.
