Bemz Adds Popular Kivik to Its Line of Ever-Expanding Slipcovers for IKEA Sofas, Chairs and Cushions

STOCKHOLM, March 15, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Bemz (www.bemz.com), the Swedish company that allows customers to personalize their IKEA sofas, chairs and cushions, announced the addition of slipcovers for the IKEA Kivik series available on the Bemz website starting today.

In addition, seven Designers Guild textiles from the new MiMo: Miami meets Scandinavia collection, will be available as slipcovers for over 100 sofa and chair models, including the Kivik series, Ektorp 2-seater sofa and chaise longue, Henriksdal chair with armrests in a medium length skirt and the Rosendal Pure Washed Linen Loose Fit for the 50cm x 50cm cushion sham on the Bemz website beginning today.

Customers can chose slipcovers from any of Bemz' eight designers, as well as a wide range of assorted colors for most of IKEA's discontinued and current models, including the popular Kivik 3-seater, 2-seater, sofa bed, single seat sofa, chaise longue and footstool.

The easily recognizable archetypal Designers Guild larger-than-life, coordinating, colorful patterns are still apparent in the Miami collection.  The Bemz Designers Guild Miami collection includes: Flamingo Park in Fuchsia, Lemongrass, and Natural; Coconut Grove in Black & White and Acacia; Espanola Way - Cobalt; and, Bayshore - Magenta.
