Benchmark Senior Living Expands Its Memory Care Capacity by Acquiring The Arbors of Bedford in New Hampshire

WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Benchmark Senior Living, a leading provider of senior housing in the Northeast, is pleased to announce the addition of The Arbors of Bedford in Bedford, N.H., to its growing portfolio of communities.

With the acquisition, Benchmark now operates nine standalone memory care communities in four states. The Arbors becomes Benchmark’s fifth location in New Hampshire and its 55th community in the region.

Benchmark Senior Living has acquired The Arbors of Bedford in Bedford, N.H., an all-memory-care community capable of serving 87 residents in 54 apartments. Benchmark now operates nine standalone memory care communities in four Northeast states. The Arbors of Bedford is the company's fifth New Hampshire location and its 55th community in the region.

Benchmark acquired an interest in the community from U.S. Healthcare Venture LLC, with whom it will continue to partner in owning The Arbors of Bedford, located at 70 Hawthorne Drive.
