Watson joins BenefitMall with over a decade of experience in payroll, human resources and employee benefits sales.

Prior to joining BenefitMall, Watson spent more than 12 years with Paychex, where he served as Sales Consultant, Senior Sales Consultant and District Sales Manager. As District Sales Manager, he was responsible for incremental annual sales growth through hiring and training the payroll sales force.
At BenefitMall, Watson will oversee the Human Capital Management (HCM) and payroll sales efforts for New Jersey. He will be responsible for leading the New Jersey HCM and payroll sales teams, while collaborating with the benefits team to support BenefitMall's continued investment of support to the broker community.
Watson began his new position with BenefitMall on Monday, May 6th in the Somerset, NJ office.
