Applicant tracking allows employers to create a job posting and share it to many top job boards and social media sites with one click and the employer can add optional pre-interview questions to the posting. The platform helps employers easily identify top candidates, automatically schedule interviews, filter candidates and send offer letters.

The Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) Analyzer, which displays each candidate's estimated tax credit value in their application, will automatically prepare documents for tax reporting and save employers money by identifying eligible candidates for the WOTC program.
