Jon Montgomery, senior executive vice president of benefits, will lead the new division with Rick Rosaaen and Patty Rice.

Montgomery started in insurance over 23 years ago and has worked in benefits his entire career. Rosaaen is a senior analyst with experience in underwriting for insurance companies, including 13 years in management, and has most recently focused on assisting large employers to effectively manage and control their benefits risk and cost. Rice's benefits experience started in 1976, and her strengths include building solid relationships with her clients to assess their needs and develop benefits management plans that fit.
