Attendees will develop the skills to create popular rolls and impress their friends and family. They will also learn sushi etiquette and secrets to properly dipping the sushi in the sauce without it falling apart.
The $35 entry fee includes an edamame appetizer, a sampling of Benihana's most popular rolls and a commemorative photo. Benihana Salt Lake City is located at 165 South West Temple, Salt Lake City. Attendees must be 21 years old to register for the event.
