Company expands its Northeast Ohio presence and names Joshua Johnson Principal Broker and Branch Manager

SHEFFIELD, Ohio, Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stouffer Realty today announced plans to open Lorain County Regional, its newest regional office in Sheffield located at 5224 Cobblestone Road, Sheffield, OH 44035. The company also appointed Joshua Johnson as Principal Broker and Branch Manager to lead the office's launch and growth.

The expansion strengthens Stouffer Realty's presence in an important Northeast Ohio market and gives Lorain County agents and clients direct access to the company's full-service platform, experienced leadership, training and technology. It also advances the company's strategy of growing through strong local operators who can recruit, develop and retain productive sales professionals.

His approach combines performance data, hands-on coaching and customer-centered decision-making to improve sales results and expand market reach.
