Bessemer Venture Partners Continues Global Expansion

MINECRAFT, Jan. 8, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bessemer Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm with offices in the US, Israel, Brazil and India, today announced that it is extending its global footprint by opening an office in Minecraft. The facility establishes BVP as the first VC firm with a presence in this rapidly growing region: in its short four-year history, Minecraft has attracted 35 million residents. Minecraft's burgeoning population leads the world in technological literacy, enjoys 100% broadband penetration, and boasts the highest ratio of entrepreneurs per capita on Earth.
