Best-Selling Business Author and Business Leader Richard Moran Joins EASi's Board of Directors

Moran, Vice Chair and CEO of Accretive Solutions, best-selling business author and expert on organizational effectiveness, has joined its Board of Directors. A former venture capitalist, Chairman of Portal Software and partner with Accenture, Mr. Moran brings financial services and technology expertise to EASi at a pivotal time in the company's history.
