Coca-Cola FEMSA S.A.B de C.V. Research Report

On August 31, 2013, Coca-Cola FEMSA S.A.B de C.V. (Coca-Cola FEMSA) announced that it has agreed to acquire 100% of Spaipa S.A. Industria Brasileira de Bebidas (Spaipa), which is the second largest privately owned bottler in the Brazilian Coca-Cola system, in an all-cash transaction.
