Erskin as Senior Vice President Supply Chain, with responsibility for manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and customer service and oversight for quality and food safety programs, and Rosaleen Doherty as Vice President Research and Development, Quality and Regulatory. Mr. Erskin and Ms. Doherty, both industry veterans, recently joined the company.
Mr. Erskin has over 17 years of leadership experience in various food and beverage companies, and has held positions with increasing responsibility in both privately held and publicly held companies where he consistently delivered significant cost savings through manufacturing optimization and distribution efforts, while also implementing key initiatives related to world-class manufacturing. Mr. Erskin is joining Bevolution Group most recently from SK Food Group, Inc. where he served as their Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, he was Vice President Operations at Chobani and also worked for MARS Petcare, Dannon Company and Kraft Foods.
Ms. Doherty brings over 25 years of leadership experience in various food and beverage companies where she managed the company's R&D portfolio, providing strategic insights and operational excellence across R&D. Most recently, Ms. Doherty was the Vice President of Research and Development and Regulatory for Lyons Magnus. Prior to that, she was Director of Applications & Commercial Development for Innophos, Inc. and also worked for Sweet Ovations.
