BHI Energy Announces Acquisition by AE Industrial Partners

WEYMOUTH, Mass., Aug. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- BHI Energy today announces the acquisition of BHI Energy by AE Industrial Partners, LLC ("AEI"), a private equity investor in aerospace, power generation and specialty industrial companies. Terms of the transaction, which closed today, were not disclosed.
