Bibigo's Build-Your-Own Bibimbap Concept Comes to Westfield Culver City

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Bibigo, a leading international fast-casual restaurant offering a modern and healthy twist on traditional Korean cuisine, will celebrate the opening of its new Westfield Culver City location on Friday, August 5. Free bowls of its Classic Bibimbap will be provided from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m to anyone who follows BibigoUSA on social media (Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook). Customers can choose from fresh, quality ingredients to build their own bowl of bibimbap and the new location will also feature a Pepsi Spire digital fountain that creates personalized beverage variations.

At Bibigo, customers can customize their own bibimbap by choosing their base (white rice, brown rice, kimchi rice, noodle or spring mix), protein (bulgogi beef, garlic chicken, spicy pork, organic, grilled vegetables, or meatball) and signature sauces (KoHot, Sesame, and Citron Soy). Toppings include organic fried egg, seaweed, crispy garlic, sesame seeds and sesame oil. In addition to free bowls of Classic Bibimbap, Bibigo will also be giving away bottles of its signature Gochujang Sauce to all customers on opening day.

Bibigo is the latest in a regional wave of fast-casual restaurants appealing to Los Angeles' health-conscious consumers and is expanding rapidly in the U.S. with three more locations set to open by the end of the year.
