Bibigo's Build-Your-Own Bibimbap Concept Comes to Westfield Santa Anita

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bibigo, a popular fast-casual concept known for its Korean-inspired menu will open its first San Gabriel Valley location, in Arcadia. The new restaurant located at Westfield Santa Anita will open on Friday, February 10^th. To celebrate the grand opening, Bibigo will offer FREE build-your-own Classic Bibimbap bowls from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. to anyone who follows BibigoUSA on social media (Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook). Customers can choose from fresh, quality, and flavorful ingredients to build their own bowl of bibimbap.

With the launch of the newest location, Bibigo will also debut two new Grill options including Soy Garlic Chicken and Red Chicken along with Beef Mandu, a signature Bibigo dumpling with a juicy beef and vegetable filling. At Bibigo, customers can customize their own bibimbap by choosing their base (white rice, brown rice, kimchi rice, noodle or spring mix), protein (bulgogi beef, soy garlic chicken, red chicken, spicy pork, organic tofu or grilled vegetables) and signature sauces (KoHot, Sesame, and Citron Soy). Toppings include fried egg, seaweed, crispy garlic, and sesame seed. In addition to free bowls of Classic Bibimbap, Bibigo will also be giving away bottles of its signature Gochujang Sauce to all customers on opening day.
