New hires include four senior leaders to strengthen the firm's strategy, business development and architectural services expertise.
Stephen Jay joined Big Red Rooster's Columbus Office as executive vice president of strategy. As a strategic marketer and business builder who develops innovative solutions for leading brands, Jay utilizes his expertise to champion brand and consumer experiences. Prior to joining Big Red Rooster, he was a managing director and head of strategy at Fitch.
Carla Molette-Ogden, Ph.D. joined the Atlanta Office as vice president of strategy. In her role, Molette-Ogden digs deep to understand consumer behavior, helping drive business success for Big Red Rooster's clients. In the past, she has contributed her talents to agencies such as The Richards Group in Dallas and J. Walter Thompson in Atlanta.
Vice President Steve Turner partners with leading brands to identify challenges, create solutions and improve business outcomes. Before joining Big Red Rooster's Columbus Office, Turner held a senior vice president of business development role at PrivIT.
As vice president, Kevin Burson, NCARB partners with leading clients to foster strong relationships and drive successful solutions. Before joining the Phoenix Office, Burson served as director of architecture at Ideation Design Group.
Additional Phoenix hires include Curtis Resh, store planner; Heather Lynn Needham, CAD technician; Omar Navarro, project manager; Sarah Drennen, CAD technician; Sarah Jacobson, project manager; and Tarah Hamman, job captain.
Atlanta new hires include Bradley Jacobsen, senior copywriter; Georgette Blay, graphic designer; Helen Krause, program manager; John Osborne, associate creative director, and Michael Rivera, associate creative director of digital.
Project Manager Tim Lyssy joined Big Red Rooster's Dallas Office, and Paul Teeples joined the Columbus Office as director of design.
