BillingTree Debuting Health Payment Ambassador Service at the ACA International Convention & Expo, July 17-20

PHOENIX, July 17, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- BillingTree®, one of the nation's leading on-demand payment processors, today announced the launch of Health PAS™, a unique initiative through which third-party billing services and accounts receivable companies can process payments on behalf of a healthcare organization. Health PAS enables companies to offer an enhanced range of payment options including processing HSA and FSA payments and dramatically improve the revenue cycle for their providers' patient services.

The Health PAS program encourages third-party billing services and accounts receivable companies to invite their healthcare customers to create a merchant account through BillingTree. The company is then able to offer more payment services than would usually be permitted, such as instant authorization of credit and debit cards on behalf of the provider's account, the ability to accept more payment options including HSA and Flexible Spending Accounts FSA, and new revenue opportunities including expanded first party billing and early out services.
