This is the second annual Healthcare Survey sponsored by BillingTree. Last year's results showed industry professionals cited payment collection as the primary challenge in healthcare revenue cycle management, followed by patients' inability to pay and concerns about regulatory compliance. The difficulties were shown to correlate with a low adoption of web-based and automated payment collection technologies.
