BillingTree has made arrangements with key industry associations including the ACA International (The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals) to offer no-cost access to selected compliance and best practices educational events, in order to provide ongoing information to customers.


The Customer First program extends BillingTree's service commitment beyond simply servicing processing related support needs through four additional key areas – Added Value, Subject Matter Expertise, Education and Compliance, and Dedicated Communication Channels.

Under the initiative, BillingTree will cover the cost of providing customers with selected replays of educational webinars and teleseminars free of charge. These recorded events from leading industry associations are valued at over $100 each and are typically only accessible to association members.

The new Customer First program also offers savings to BillingTree customers who use ACH for payments – covering the cost of complying with NACHA regulations by paying the fee for the annual NACHA Rulebooks on their behalf.

Finally, the addition of a new exclusive Customer First Webinar Series allows BillingTree customers to share ideas and success stories, discuss new products, services and regulations and look at vital performance metrics and service scorecards. A social media emphasis has also been expanded to include Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
