E2E Complete ties together reporting, scheduling, user communications, and self-service features that shorten the time required for migration, reduce the risk of service interruption, and enable the smoothest possible migration experience for users, administrators, and project managers.

Version 4.0 Benefits
With version 4.0, enterprise clients can now enjoy bi-directional co-existence, meaning that their public folders can reside on both the source environment and target destination simultaneously during a migration. The benefit to larger enterprises is to speed up the workflow and reduce project management legwork. Bi-directional co-existence is typically a requirement in more complex multi-public folder environments, where the enterprise may not want to fully migrate or where the public folder needs to stay on-premises until the end of the migration. This is also desirable with more challenging email clients, such as Outlook for Mac or Outlook on the web, whereby once mailboxes are moved to Office 365 they can no longer access public folders from the source. With this new version, administrators can set up a copy of the on-premises public folders within Office 365 and apply bi-directional synchronization, allowing all clients to be migrated and giving them access to the 'replicated' public folder. With this bi-directional feature, an enterprise can access the synchronized copy and make changes, all while continuing the existing workflow and enabling any changes to get replicated back.

In addition, E2E Complete 4.0 includes a mailbox and public folder job importer, which allows an administrator to upload a file in order to 'script' migration jobs. This automation feature removes the need to point-and-click through the E2E user interface, streamlining the migration process and saving time.
