Binatone Global and Hubble Connected Appoint SiRF Founder Kanwar Chadha as Executive Chairman as Company Launches IoT Solutions and Services Platforms that Significantly Enhance Consumer Experience
LOS ANGELES, April 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Binatone Global and Hubble Connected, a global Internet of Things (IoT) Connected Solutions & Services provider, has appointed Kanwar Chadha as the new Executive Chairman.
Chadha, based in Silicon Valley, is a well-known visionary, entrepreneur and technologist. As a founder of SiRF Technology, he established its vision of "GPS for Consumers", led the marketing and strategy to establish SiRF as the leading provider of GPS enabled location technology to mainstream markets and helped take the company public in 2004.

Most recently, Chadha was a Founder and CEO of Inovi Inc., a stealth mode start-up whose technology was acquired by Facebook and where he is currently a Marketing Advisor for Connectivity Infrastructure. Prior to that, Kanwar was CMO and member Board of Directors for CSR plc. He holds more than 20 patents in GPS-enabled location technology and communication fields. He started his career at Intel and was GM of Multimedia at S3 prior to founding SiRF.

Chadha received his B.Tech in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi and his MS in CIS from the University of Pennsylvania simultaneously with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
Kanwar has been a keynote speaker or panelist at many well-respected conferences including International Solid-State Circuits Conference (ISSCC), Consumer Electronics Show (CES) and Mobile World Congress (MWC). He will also be a Keynote Speaker at the upcoming Bluetooth World 2015 in April 2015 and at the Geospatial World Forum in May 2015.
