In addition to acquiring Silverstone Solutions, BiologicTx has announced the appointment of David S. Jacobs, founder of Silverstone Solutions, as Chief Technology Officer of BiologicTx. With more than 30 years of experience in high-tech software innovation, including Microsoft's early stages of development, Marimba (now BMC Software), and Macromedia (now Adobe), Mr. Jacobs will be charged with setting the BiologicTx technology agenda, driving key development, and initiating new business expansion opportunities.
