blinkbox Selects Barracuda Web Application Firewall and Microsoft Azure for Secure and Cost-effective Move to the Cloud

CAMPBELL, Calif., July 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Tesco-owned movie and TV streaming service, blinkbox has selected Microsoft Azure's cloud, supported by the Barracuda Web Application Firewall, to securely move its applications to the cloud. The case study is available at http://cuda.co/azure-cert.

With a catalogue of more than 20,000 movies and TV episodes, blinkbox was looking for an enterprise-sized data center that offered high-security, flexibility and high-speed bandwidth. With its number of customers and available titles constantly growing, application availability and security are critical in order to maintain customer confidence in the service.
