Bloggers Compete for Charity with Second Annual FrogTape® Brand Painter's Tape Paintover Challenge®

New this year, anyone who votes to select the FrogTape^® Paintover Challenge^® winner will be entered into a sweepstakes to win a $1,000 Visa^® gift card. The public can cast one vote per day, and each vote counts as an entry to win the prize. Entrants can vote for their favorite blogger's room makeover at frogtapepaintoverchallenge.com between May 22 and 28.

The six participating bloggers have each been assigned one of the 2017 FrogTape^® Design Trends identified by celebrity interior designer, Taniya Nayak, to incorporate within their makeover. The process will be documented on the individual blogs and on frogtapepaintoverchallenge.com with before, during and after shots of the room transformations. The winning blogger will be announced on June 14 and will receive $5,000 to donate to a charity of their choice.

2017 Paintover Challenge^® participants include:

• AKA Design: As an interior designer, writer and home-schooling momma, Shannon loves to spread her home decorating knowledge to her readers. She believes everyone can learn to decorate their home and her goal is to help her audience do just that.
  
  
• Emily A. Clark: A mom of five, Emily lives for the thrill of the hunt, shopping for secondhand treasures and rearranging her furniture. She believes a huge DIY skill set and a big budget aren't necessary to make a home a prettier place to live, and loves sharing her ideas and adventures in home decorating.
  
  
• Hi SugarPlum!: Cassie is a style and décor-obsessed Texas girl, and proud mom of two. She loves sharing colorful room makeovers, inspiration for stretching wardrobes, travel adventures and life as it comes.
  
  
• Hunted Interior: Kristin inspires others to hunt for their own style to make their life and home more beautiful. She believes it is not what you spend that gives your home style, but rather, how you layer a space together. Kristin is obsessed with vintage rugs, leopard, flipping through design magazines and her family.
  
  
• Our Fifth House: Carmel is a wife and mom with a passion for color and pattern, who isn't afraid to get some paint in her hair. She believes design should be fun, not complicated, and lives for quick under-an-hour DIY projects, bargain hunting and furniture rearranging.
  
  
• Sawdust 2 Stitches: An avid DIYer that can't leave well enough alone, Corey thrives on a good challenge - whether it's a furniture flip, new build or a room makeover. In the few beautiful moments when she isn't entertaining her two sons, she can usually be found hunched over a sewing machine and/or covered in sawdust.
