Blue Chip Surgical Center Partners Expands Operations Team with Recent Hires
New team members bring diverse experience in the healthcare and ASC industries
CINCINNATI, Dec. 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Chip Surgical Center Partners is pleased to announce the recent expansion of its Operations team with the hiring of Jan Diedrich, VP of Operations; Kim Esteph, VP of Operations; and Donna Smith, VP of Operations. These appointments signal the importance of the Blue Chip Surgical Operations team in managing Blue Chip's portfolio of financially successful and clinically distinguished ASCs nationally.

Jan Diedrich brings extensive industry knowledge and a "hands-on" leadership style with more than 20 years of experience in the development and management of outpatient healthcare facilities to her new role at Blue Chip. Ms. Diedrich's broad healthcare background includes stints as Regional Vice President with Surgical Health Corporation and the Ambulatory Surgery Division of HealthSouth Corporation.
Kim Esteph is an experienced healthcare and ASC industry leader. She comes to Blue Chip from the Ohio Surgery Center of Columbus, where she served as Facility Administrator for 14 years. Ms. Esteph is an active member of both AORN and APIC.
Donna Smith joins Blue Chip with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and 12 years in the ASC sector. Most recently she was an Administrator of a large multi-specialty ASC in Oxford, AL, and President/CEO of DHS Healthcare Consulting. Ms. Smith has been a member of the Editorial Board of Outpatient Surgery magazine since 2008.
