With the introduction of AgendaTrac 1.5, customers gain a new functionality for creating agenda templates. Users will have the ability to create master agenda templates that can be used for multiple similar meetings or applied to recurring meetings.
Users can create an unlimited number of agendas with multi-line formats using the new template management module. Once a template has been created, it can then be applied to a new meeting as it is being generated from the Agenda Options menu. For recurring meetings, users have the option to apply the template across all recurrences of the meetings, as well as the option to remove the template from the recurring meeting management module. Users who share access to AgendaTrac under a company account can create and share agenda templates amongst all users on the account.
