New Partnership: "Bussin' with the Boys"
As a way to amplify their partnership with the Big Ten, Blue Diamond is excited to announce an upcoming collaboration with the popular podcast "Bussin' with the Boys." This partnership will spotlight Big Ten football culture, crew–led snacking content highlighting Blue Diamond as the snack of choice for supreme tailgating.
Bussin' with the Boys podcasters, and past professional and Big Ten football players, Taylor Lewan and Will Compton, will appear on-site at a special tailgate for the game of their rival alma mater schools on September 20, 2025 (University of Nebraska vs University of Michigan) known to their fans affectionately as the "Bussin' Bowl." There, attendees will have the chance to engage with Blue Diamond's giant life-size almond on wheels, the Nutty Cruiser™ and sample the latest flavors of Blue Diamond Almonds.
Continuing Big Ten Presence
Blue Diamond first began partnering with the Big Ten Conference in 2023 for the Men's and Women's Basketball tournaments. They will have an ongoing presence at Big Ten Football, Basketball and Volleyball games that will span multiple platforms and touchpoints.
This year, Blue Diamond is investing in their commitment to the Big Ten by leaning specifically into women's sports including Volleyball and Basketball. Some programs will highlight a new line of Blue Diamond almonds that can now be found in the produce aisle of your supermarket. These new flavors include Oven Roasted Honey, Lightly Salted, Sea Salt & Black Pepper, and Whole Natural almonds, as well as Toasted Almonds & Cherries and Sea Salt Almonds & Blueberries.
